Preparing Documents
Access your pending documents, or simply upload your document from your PC, or create a new document using your template.


Sending to Recipients
Select your intended recipients and set to sign in sequence or parallel. Recipients will receive a notification by email once the document is sent.
Adding Fields for Recipients
Add fields such as signature, seal, paging seal, signature date or company name.


Signing a Document
Fill in the required fields and complete the signing process by authorizing your signature with authentication. Recipients are required to authenticate through the method set by the sender.
